Graph Toolbar and Graph Help

Every graph window in TableCurve Studio � in TableCurve 2D, TableCurve 3D, procedure dialogs, the Curve-Fit and Surface-Fit Reviews, and the data viewers � is built on the same graph engine, so its toolbar's buttons, menus, and mouse behavior are the same everywhere. A 3D graph's toolbar adds controls for view angle, profiles, and surface type; the rest is identical to 2D.
